 Private + PUBLIC Paint Parties

We  travel local (within 30-45 minutes from the Selkirk, NY area) to you for a minimum of 10 guests to your home or venue of choice!

Will travel further out for larger groups - please ask!

 * Adult Canvas Paint Party - (16x20 size canvas) 

 2 - 2.5 hour instructed party with a paint drying break included

  Local Travel: $25 per painter / $250 or 10 guest party minimum

* Adult Wine/Pint Glass Paint Party - (2 glasses + take home bags) 

 2 hour non-instructed party - Guests paint their own freehand custom designs with some guidance - We bring a selection of painted glass samples to display for ideas

  Local Travel: $25 per painter / $250 or 10 guest party minimum

 

* Kids Canvas Paint Party - (11x14 size canvas) 

 1 - 1.5 hour instructed party with a paint drying break included

  Local Travel: $20 per painter / $200 or 10 guest party minimum

 

- Choose your canvas painting from the 'Painting Options Gallery' on the website menu or request a custom painting to be created for an additional $25

- Due to Covid restrictions we are not releasing dates in advance like we typically do on our website - however we ARE still booking parties + events for groups of 10-100

* Booking Deposit + Payment

- $50 Deposit required to reserve and book a date. This deposit becomes non-refundable / non-transferable within 10 days of the reserved date

- Total guest count will be needed 2 days before the event so we can purchase and prepare supplies  **We typically can not accept additional walk-ins the day of the event as supplies may not be guaranteed**

- Party balance must be paid on the day of the party. Note: the minimum balance will be charged for 10 painters/equivalent dollar amount 

- We accept Cash, Credit or Debit Card for private parties. Personal checks are not accepted 

What's Included? 

- We provide everything needed for the painting portion of your party. This includes set up/break down, disposable tablecloths, tabletop easels, canvas or glasses, brushes, paints, brush cups, aprons and instruction

- The party/event host is responsible for providing adequate space for each guest as well as the instructor set up and a water source for brush cups. A well lit area will also be beneficial.

 * We do not provide beverages for the "sipping" portion of the party or the snacks *

- Maximum of 100 guests to travel if you are able to provide the venue, adequate table space (roughly 2 ft per guest) and chairs

 

- Folding tables + stools for up to 20 people may be provided for an additional $25 set up fee -

We will need to know with your headcount in advance if this set up will be needed
